Unstake Transaction

https://api.kiln.fi/v1/xtz/transaction/unstake

Generates an unstake transaction on Tezos. Your unstaked balance remains locked for 4 cycles. After this period, you can unlock your funds by calling /v1/xtz/transaction/finalize-unstake.
